Do I need to do anything?

What information do I require to complete the application?

If you have elected to pay by direct debit then you should have you banking details to hand. Ideally you should also have your current bills in front of you so that we can obtain your gas MPRN and/or electricity MPAN from these. Is my personal information ever used for marketing purposes?

As a client you can elect to join our free lifetime energy monitoring programme whereby our databases will constantly monitor the details of your new energy contract(s) you have elected against the whole market. If your new contract falls out-with the parameters you set then we will automatically write to you to advise you of the new options available to you in the market.
